How an engagement runs inside a working hospital
A Parserstreamgrid engagement is a sequence of visits, extracts, and a briefing — not a remote login. This is the path we use in Tbilisi hospitals and, with travel days, elsewhere in Georgia.
A note with the building’s name
You write with the hospital or clinic, the wards or lists that worry you, and a month when visits are possible. We reply within two working days. We will not ask for patient names.
A short scoping conversation
Thirty minutes by telephone or in our office at Level 7, 63 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, Tbilisi 0186. We agree which piece of work you need — a full operations review, theatre lists, one clinic stream, or a monthly pack — and whether night or weekend visits belong in the quote.
Access and a limited extract
Your named host arranges badges or escorts. We ask only for occupancy dates, theatre lists, or clinic diaries you already produce, stripped of identity numbers. If a file arrives with diagnoses, we send it back unopened in substance and ask for a clean extract.
Time on the floor
Ward walks at change of shift, a morning in the theatre office, or two sessions of the same outpatient clinic. We look at the corridor as well as the paper. Drawings made without this visit are a last resort, and we label them as such.
Checking figures with your host
Before the pack is printed, we sit with the named contact and walk through labels, dates, and anything that looks like a missing timestamp. We would rather leave a hole than shade a bed we cannot defend.
The briefing
Usually forty-five minutes, on your premises, to the group you nominate — often the Thursday operations meeting or a smaller clinical-director group. Printed boards are available for the operations room. The PDF is yours to keep.
After the briefing, some hospitals stop. Others ask for monthly occupancy briefings so the Thursday drawing exists without a 22:00 scramble in the information office. Either ending is a complete piece of work.
If a visit week has to move, read the fees and cancellation page before you assume a deposit is lost. Write when you have a host and a month; we will not invent a start date for a hospital that has not named one.
