Fees follow the size of the building you ask us to look at, the number of visits, and whether a monthly pack continues after the first briefing. Nothing here is a subscription to software.
Quoted after a scoping conversation. A typical Tbilisi review covering two or three wards, with two to four visits and a board briefing, usually falls between 18,000 and 42,000 GEL. A second building, night visits, or a full theatre suite inside the same review moves the figure up.

The number of wards, whether theatre lists sit inside the same engagement, how clean the occupancy extracts are, and whether we must travel beyond Tbilisi. A hospital that can send admission and discharge dates without patient names costs less time than one that needs three offices to produce a week of occupancy.
There are no monthly and annual toggle cards. There is no “starter” hospital. A scoping conversation is not charged. Printed boards for the operations room are included in a full review; extra print runs are billed at cost.
A deposit of thirty percent holds a visit week. The remainder is due when the briefing pack is delivered. Monthly packs are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation, unused visit days, and work already started are described on the fees and cancellation page.
