How we handle the details you send us
This notice describes how Parserstreamgrid handles personal data when you write about hospital work, visit this site, or sit in a briefing as a named host.

What we collect
From an enquiry: name, email address, the hospital or ward you name, the kind of work you select, and the message you write. From an engagement: the name and role of your host, visit dates, and correspondence. From the site: a cookie preference if you accept or reject optional cookies (see the cookies page).
We do not want patient names, identity numbers, diagnoses, or clinical notes. If a file containing them arrives, we will ask you to withdraw it and send an extract without identifiers. That material is not used for a briefing.
Why we use it
To reply to an enquiry, to perform a contract for hospital work, to keep records required for accounting under Georgian law, and — if you have accepted optional cookies — to understand which pages are read. Legitimate interests, where used, are limited to running a small professional practice and keeping the site usable.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become an engagement are kept for twelve months. Engagement files (quotes, packs we delivered, invoices) are kept for six years after the final invoice, which matches ordinary accounting practice in Georgia. Cookie preference is stored on your device for twelve months.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. To exercise rights, write to hello@parserstreamgrid.digital.
International transfers
Our office is in Tbilisi. Email and file storage may involve processors outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use a contract that requires appropriate protection, and we will say so if you ask which processor holds a particular engagement file.
Recipients
We share personal data with you as the client, with processors who host email or files under contract, and with professional advisers or authorities when Georgian law requires it. We do not sell lists of hospital contacts.
Children
This site is aimed at hospital staff and managers. We do not seek data from children.
