A pack that arrives before the meeting, not after it
Some hospitals want a one-off review. Others want the Thursday occupancy drawing to exist every month without assembling it in the information office at 22:00 the night before. Monthly occupancy briefings are the second of those.
You send agreed extracts — occupancy by ward and day, delayed discharges if you record them — by a Tuesday noon we name. We return a visual pack in time for the meeting you already hold. No new meeting is invented.

- A quarterly half-hour call to correct labels or add a ward

- Overnight on-call
- Interpretation of clinical incidents
- Extracts we have to chase from three different offices (that work is quoted as extra)
This retainer only makes sense after we have seen how your occupancy is recorded. Many clients begin with a hospital operations review, then continue on a monthly pack for the wards that matter.
