Terms on which we take hospital work
These terms apply to operations reviews, theatre analysis, outpatient mapping, and monthly occupancy briefings provided by Parserstreamgrid from Tbilisi.
Acceptance
By asking Parserstreamgrid to begin a hospital operations review, theatre session analysis, outpatient flow mapping, or monthly occupancy briefing, you accept these terms. A written quote and your confirmation (email is enough) form the engagement. If a signed letter of engagement is used, it sits alongside these terms; where they conflict, the letter governs for that engagement only.

The work
We prepare visual briefings and spoken presentations from occupancy extracts, theatre lists, clinic diaries, and time spent in the hospital you name. We do not provide medical care, legal advice, or an inspection of clinical quality. We do not accept patient-identifiable files; if such a file is sent, it falls outside the engagement until a clean extract is supplied.
Your responsibilities
You name a host, arrange access, and supply extracts without identity numbers or diagnoses. You remain responsible for decisions taken in your hospital after a briefing. If a visit cannot proceed because badges, escorts, or lists are not available on the agreed day, unused time may be charged as described on the fees and cancellation page.
Intellectual property
You may use the briefing pack inside your organisation, including printing it for a board or operations room. You may not sell the pack, present it as your own authorship, or reuse our drawings for a different hospital without a new engagement. We retain the methods and templates we arrived with. Photographs taken in corridors for our internal notes are not published without your permission.
Confidentiality
Hospital names, occupancy figures, and list details are treated as confidential and are not used as marketing examples unless you agree. Roles and districts may appear in anonymised accounts.
Liability
Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (including liability for intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for clinical outcomes, lost theatre time after the briefing, or decisions taken by your board. We are not liable for delay caused by missing timestamps, infection-control closures, or extracts that arrive late.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you engage us as a consumer under Georgian law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future engagements. The terms in force when you confirmed a quote apply to that work.
